Plebs follows three desperate young men from the suburbs...。這是一個結合煮食、睇樓元素的節目。有明火，無明火，除了是有無鑊氣，在香港更是有冇廚房的天淵之別。五百呎以下的新盤，開放式廚房加無明火煮食爐是必然定律。當納米廚房只剩下一個無明火爐頭，如何用巧手、心機、創意就地取材，煮出留住你胃口的納米家菜式？。
