续篇的舞台转到了群马县。埼玉县的说唱歌手一宫和汤姆追寻乐坛传奇前辈武田的足迹来到了群马县。在那里他们遇到了自称是“武田首席弟子”的女子——阿步。阿步已经是“奔三”的年龄，她在父亲开的魔芋店里打杂，依然梦想着走音乐之路......。Malvís (Alfredo Landa) is sick of working like crazy for nothing. He'd rather become a bandit, that's much better, he's gonna be the fearful Fendetestas! He'll spread panic in the woods of his region.
