本剧改编查尔斯狄更斯同名经典名作，讲述守财奴Ebenezer Scrooge（盖·皮尔斯饰）即便到了圣诞夜也不改本性。这一夜，已故友人Jacob Marley（斯蒂芬·格拉汉姆饰）的鬼魂突然现身，还请来了代表“过去”、“现在”和“未来”的三个圣诞幽灵，带领他回顾一生，指引他见证自私自利导致的后果。。Survivors of a tragic shipping collision are rescued by a mysterious black ship which appears out of the fog. Little do they realise that the ship is actually a Nazi torture ship which has sailed the seas for years, luring unsuspecting sailors aboard and killing them off one by one. 91 Those who survive the ghost ship are better off dead!。
