故事发生在美国费城，中心人物是一个凶杀调查组，他们面临的案件不是最近发生的，而是几年前甚至十几年以前的旧案。由于发生的时间久远，加之当事人已经难以寻找，各种犯罪证据几乎已经烟消云散，所以调查起来特别困难。这样的凶杀案，被形象地称为“冷案”(Cold Case)。 剧集的主角是“冷案”调查组中惟一的女探员莉莉·拉什，她凭着坚韧的性格，和队友一起寻找至今健在的当事人，抽丝剥茧地让尘年往事重新浮出水面。。It is the year 2022. A mysterious systems failure causes the crew of a spaceship to be stranded on the dark side of the moon, while rapidly running out of fuel and oxygen. They are surprised to discover a NASA space shuttle floating in space, and board it in the hope of salvaging some supplies....。
