情节讲述了两位老年人——林丹（林耀明饰）和财叔（覃业水饰），他们总是吹嘘自己的孩子，引起了其他老人的不满。面对老人们的要求提供证据，两位老人决定秘密潜逃至吉隆坡寻找证据。然而，在潜逃的过程中，财叔因意外无法和林丹一同前往，只好搭上邻居阿福的罗里，打算顺便载他到吉隆坡。 阿福（林德荣饰）是个卖煤气为生的人，经常开着残旧的罗里上吉隆坡探望母亲。在一次的行程中，他遇到了正在潜逃的林丹，于是决定帮助他找到财叔的儿子林效舜。然而，随着调查的深入，林丹发现效舜原来是一个虚伪的不孝子。与此同时，林丹也发现自己的孩子林凤娇和林志颖并不如他所想象的那么风光。。The series begins when suspected human remains are uncovered on Whitney Marsh - Jess and Sunny are immediately called to the scene, abandoning their evening plans to Jess’s husband’s chagrin.
